CATALÀ CATALÀ For years we made people laugh while having fun ourselves, until being a clown became just a job, built on old tricks repeated to reassure an audience that wants to switch off its brain, like in front of a screen. But a clown is not meant to provide comfort: he is madness, diversity, freedom. With Rubbish Rabbit we want to return to that spirit, drawing inspiration from children: chaotic, noisy, destructive, authentic. On stage we break objects, shoot each other, fall down, fight, and play with giant stuffed animals, following our instincts. A show that is not reassuring, but free and wild.
